Combined Ridership (unlinked trips)

Definition: Unlinked trips are counted each time passengers board MARTA vehicles (for example, a passenger’s journey from the Airport station to the final destination may require two unlinked trips - taking a train to a station and then transferring to a bus to complete the one-way travel).

Combined Ridership for the month of June was 5.3 million unlinked passenger boardings, falling short of the forecast by 0.2 million. The 2024 Fiscal Year-End (months of July through June) Combined Ridership of 65.2 million unlinked trips fell short of the forecast by 1.4 million.
